We're hiring a Senior CRM Executive at Holland & Barrett to lead the delivery of high impact CRM campaigns across email, app and push.
This role exists to solve a real challenge. We need someone who can step in and confidently own CRM campaign delivery from day one across email, app and push. Experience with CRM automations would be an advantage, but our priority is finding someone who can execute high quality campaigns at pace.

This role will be offered on a fixed term basis (12 months).
Based in Nuneaton, hybrid - 2 x office days per week
The Role
- Lead end to end CRM campaigns at pace, turning commercial objectives into customer led creative delivered seamlessly across email, app and push.
- Support the delivery and optimisation of CRM automations and lifecycle journeys.
- Drive advanced segmentation, targeting and personalisation using customer data, CDP integrations and dynamic content logic.
- Own performance reporting and insight read outs, translating data into clear optimisation actions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve automation coverage, scalability and campaign effectiveness.
- Act as CRM SME in cross functional projects, representing the channel with confidence and clarity.
- Support loyalty communications delivery and optimisation.
- Champion best practice, mentor junior team members and uphold high QA and execution standards.

The Person
- Proven experience in CRM, retention or lifecycle marketing, ideally within a multi channel retail or ecommerce environment.
- Strong experience delivering end to end CRM campaigns.
- Experience using an email service provider to execute CRM campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
- Comfortable working autonomously, prioritising delivery and managing stakeholders.
- Collaborative, proactive and passionate about customer first communication.
Desirable
- Experience using Braze or a similar ESP such as Dotdigital, Klaviyo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience building CRM automations and lifecycle journeys.
- Experience with CDP driven segmentation, dynamic content and personalisation
