Job Title: Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager @ Iconic Retail Brand
Location: London (2 days in-office)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE
A much-loved brand with a genuinely loyal customer base is looking for a Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager to lead and evolve its loyalty programme. This is a high-profile, high-visibility role at the heart of the business. You'll own the loyalty proposition end-to-end, from strategy and innovation through to performance, reporting and analysis, while also leading on customer journeys and mobile messaging across the wider CRM function.
You'll manage a small, established team, working closely with CRM analytics, audience and systems, trade email, digital marketing, ecommerce and retail stakeholders. This is a role for someone who's as comfortable getting technical with the MarTech stack as they are thinking commercially about where the next opportunity sits.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver CRM and loyalty strategy in partnership with the wider digital team
- Lead, mentor and support a team delivering automated and triggered lifecycle campaigns
- Own loyalty programme development, innovation and economic model (tiers, rewards, benefits, promotions)
- Deliver CRM and loyalty-led personalisation across email, web and stores
- Define, deliver and QA CRM and loyalty IT projects, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Run test-and-learn activity (including multivariate testing) and implement learnings
- Monitor and report on performance and KPIs, sharing insight with the wider business
- Drive acquisition, retention, engagement and value across the loyalty base
- Build and manage relationships with CRM and loyalty third parties
- Educate and train retail, CX and the wider business on CRM and loyalty best practice

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
