Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager
London (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office)
Up to £75,000 + Excellent Benefits
We're partnering with a leading UK retail brand to recruit an experienced Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager to lead its CRM and loyalty strategy.
This is a fantastic opportunity to own and evolve a successful loyalty programme, drive customer lifecycle marketing, and lead a small CRM team. Working closely with Analytics and IT, you'll play a key role in delivering CRM innovation, automation, and personalisation across multiple customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the CRM and loyalty strategy
- Own and develop the customer loyalty programme
- Manage customer lifecycle and automated CRM journeys
- Deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns
- Drive personalisation and CRM innovation
- Partner with Analytics and IT on CRM platform improvements
- Lead, coach and develop a small CRM team
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
About You
- 5+ years' CRM experience within retail or ecommerce
- Experience managing CRM and loyalty programmes
- Salesforce experience (ideally SFMC)
- Strong customer lifecycle and campaign management expertise
- Previous team management experience
- Commercially minded with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with technical teams on CRM and IT projects
