Senior CRM & Lifecycle Lead
£60,000 – £70,000 per annum Remote (UK-based) | Flexible Working
We are working with an innovative, purpose-driven organisation that is redefining how customers engage with unforgettable experiences. As our client continues to grow, it's investing in one of its most important commercial functions and is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Lead to turn customer retention, repeat engagement, and referrals into a major engine for future success. This is an opportunity to shape strategy, introduce new ideas, and build scalable processes that have a measurable business impact while working in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
The CRM & Lifecycle Lead will take ownership of lifecycle marketing strategy, using data, experimentation, and automation to drive customer engagement and long-term growth across multiple channels.
Role Highlights
- Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement journeys
- Design and optimise automated campaigns across email, SMS, messaging platforms, and in-product experiences
- Build and execute rapid testing programmes to improve conversion, repeat engagement, and customer lifetime value
- Use AI-powered workflows and automation to increase efficiency and scale operations
- Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver measurable commercial outcomes

You Will Need
- At least five years' experience in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing within a consumer-focused business
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar
- A data-driven mindset with confidence analysing performance and turning insights into action
- Demonstrable experience using AI tools and automation to improve marketing workflows
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement
