Senior CRM Manager
CRM Leader
We’re hiring a CRM leader to help shape one of the most important growth levers inside a fast-growth founder-led consumer brand.
This is not a standard CRM role. It is a broader retention, customer value and relationship-building position inside a business that wants to do much more than send better emails.
The company has grown from zero to more than £20m revenue in under three years and built strong momentum through DTC. The next phase is about building a smarter, stronger owned-customer engine, one that improves repeat purchase, deepens loyalty, strengthens LTV:CAC and helps turn customer relationships into real long-term brand and commercial value.
We’re looking for someone who can own CRM as a commercial and strategic function, helping the business move customers from first order to repeat, build more relevant and more premium customer journeys, and think more ambitiously about loyalty, membership and community over time.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week at the HQ in Cheltenham.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
