About You

The Senior CRM Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering the CRM strategy, driving customer retention, personalisation and LTV across channels.

Email campaign & automation sends

  • Work closely with the Email Marketing Executive to deliver campaign sends that support a customer first mindset balancing trade & brand first messaging.
  • Support with BAU campaign briefs and sends.
  • Build a thorough automation roadmap that nurtures customer lifecycle and drives loyalty.
  • Define and optimise automation triggers, ensuring we’re prioritising key revenue driving sends whilst maintaining a send frequency that limits unsubscribes.

Segmentation & personalisation

  • Build a segmentation roadmap that cuts up our database into meaningful segments that mirror lifecycle & purchase & browsing behaviour.
  • Test & optimise segments for greatest impact.
  • Work closely with the Email Marketing Executive to personalise campaign & automation content to different segments.

Direct Mail

  • Own the Direct Mail customer selection process, defining key cohorts based on performance & incrementality.
  • Own the Direct Mail briefing, mirroring content to customer cohort.

Customer behaviour

  • Own the retention KPIs, measuring and optimising repeat rate, subscriber volume and LTV across email & business wide.
  • Own the insights on our customer understanding who she is to better inform how we capture and retain her.

  • Own monthly trade reporting to cover key Email, Direct Mail & Customer Behaviour stats.
  • Own Direct Mail match back reporting with our consultant, playing back to the business key learnings & next steps.
  • Develop impactful customer reporting that delivers progress against key retention KPIs.

Internal & external stakeholder relationships

  • Manage the Email Marketing Executive.
  • Own the relationship with our ESP provider Ometria, navigating weekly, monthly & quarterly touchpoints.
  • Act as the CRM owner across the business, being the go-to for any customer & Email related queries.
