London (3 days per week)

We’re working with a highly regarded CRM consultancy that partners with some of the most recognised brands in the market, acting as a true extension of their internal marketing and lifecycle teams.

With a strong reputation and a growing client base, they’re now looking for a CRM Lead to join the team and take ownership of delivering high-impact, data-driven CRM programmes across a range of exciting clients.

The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver multi-channel CRM strategies aligned to client objectives
  • Build and optimise lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, push and in-app channels
  • Own campaign execution including segmentation, automation and personalisation
  • Lead customer experience and journey optimisation projects across the full lifecycle
  • Analyse performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Advise clients on CRM best practice, tooling and ways to improve efficiency
  • Support implementations and migrations across marketing automation platforms
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
