Senior CRM Manager
CRM Consultancy | £62,000
London (3 days per week)
We’re working with a highly regarded CRM consultancy that partners with some of the most recognised brands in the market, acting as a true extension of their internal marketing and lifecycle teams.
With a strong reputation and a growing client base, they’re now looking for a CRM Lead to join the team and take ownership of delivering high-impact, data-driven CRM programmes across a range of exciting clients.
The Role
You’ll own and deliver end-to-end CRM and lifecycle initiatives across a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted partner to help improve customer engagement, lifecycle performance and overall marketing effectiveness.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver multi-channel CRM strategies aligned to client objectives
- Build and optimise lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, push and in-app channels
- Own campaign execution including segmentation, automation and personalisation
- Lead customer experience and journey optimisation projects across the full lifecycle
- Analyse performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Advise clients on CRM best practice, tooling and ways to improve efficiency
- Support implementations and migrations across marketing automation platforms
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth

What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing
- Strong hands-on experience across email and multi-channel CRM campaigns
- Experience with modern CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo or similar
- Exposure to CDPs or data platforms is a strong plus
- Data-driven mindset with confidence analysing performance and optimising campaigns
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and present ideas clearly
- Comfortable working across multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
