Senior CRM Manager (10 Month FTC) - Braze
£55,000 - £65,000

We're working with a fast-growing membership business on an urgent 10 month FTC, owning CRM and execution for a part on their member base

The Role

Hands-on CRM Manager role driving awareness and adoption of new member-facing products through data-led, test-and-learn campaigns. You'll own the strategy and build the journeys yourself in Braze, working closely with multiple teams, Product, Data, Commercial etc.

What You'll Do

  • Lead CRM activity across a large part of member base
  • Build, test and optimise campaigns in Braze, from segmentation through to dynamic content
  • Own a continuous test-and-learn framework across creative, content and channel
  • Monitor performance and translate insights into scalable improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data and Growth teams

You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years' CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally membership or subscription-based
  • 2+ years hands-on Braze experience building sophisticated journeys
  • Strong grasp of segmentation, triggers and renewal/win-back flows
  • A fast-paced, self-starter mindset - this is a hands-on build role, not oversight
