Senior CRM Manager
£75,000 – £95,000 + 15% bonus
Moorgate, London | Hybrid
Our client is investing heavily in its consumer growth team after a recent transition, creating a rare opportunity to build CRM from the ground up. This is not a maintenance role - it’s a chance to redefine how CRM contributes to revenue, with clear backing to significantly scale its impact.
Working with a fast-growing digital marketplace, you’ll join a product-led environment where experimentation, ownership, and pace are valued. As Consumer CRM Manager, you’ll take CRM beyond campaigns - embedding it into the customer journey, influencing behaviour, and driving measurable growth across the funnel.
The Consumer CRM Manager will own and scale CRM as a high-impact growth channel, driving performance from early engagement through to repeat usage.

Role Highlights
- Build and optimise lifecycle journeys across email, push, and in-app
- Increase CRM contribution to bookings from ~2% to 10–20%
- Lead A/B testing programmes to refine messaging and timing
- Partner with Product and Brand to embed CRM into new features
- Establish robust QA, processes, and operational best practices
You Will Need
- Hands-on CRM experience within consumer, marketplace, or scale-up environments
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Braze (or similar platforms)
- Data-led mindset, linking CRM activity to revenue and retention
- Proven ability to work in ambiguity and move quickly
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach with a bias for action
