Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager to lead our clients CRM and Loyalty team and drive customer engagement, retention, and business growth.

You will develop and deliver innovative CRM campaigns, customer journeys, and loyalty strategies that improve customer satisfaction and key commercial KPIs. You will oversee the day-to-day management, performance, and continuous improvement of our clients loyalty programme, ensuring it delivers exceptional customer value.
