Senior CRM Retention Campaign Specialist
Location: Remote, UK
Contract Type: Initial 9-month fixed-term contract Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
About the Role
The Global Retention team is launching an exciting tech stack upgrade over the next 12 months. This role will leverage data, behavioural insights, competitor research, and experimentation to elevate the customer experience, optimise CRM campaigns, and maximise commercial value driven by CRM solutions.
You’ll partner with the Retention Marketing Manager on strategy execution, champion clear and actionable data across f regions, and drive operational excellence with CRM teams.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Migration: Support the Retention Marketing Manager in translating global CRM strategies into actionable campaigns, including migrating email marketing to an external provider.

Campaign Optimisation & Experimentation:
- Proactively identify and implement improvements in email templates and copy
- Design and execute A/B testing and experiments, assessing impact on Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), churn rates, and conversions in collaboration with analytics teams.

Global-Local Alignment & Collaboration: Align with local CRM teams across regions to inform global strategies with first-party data while ensuring localised effectiveness Partner with product, commercial, and local marketing teams to ensure retention CRM campaigns drive business growth.

- Team Leadership & Support: Mentor and support regional CRM teams, delivering high-impact localised campaigns based on global frameworks
Skills & Experience

Business Expertise:
- 3+ years in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within B2C, SaaS, or subscription models
- Proven ability to boost customer lifetime value (CLTV) and retention through targeted CRM initiatives
- Hands-on experience optimising automation, customer journeys, and campaign performance

Technical Proficiency:
- Deep knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo
- Data literacy: Experienced with analysing lifecycle stages, behavioural segments, and commercial performance
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Tableau (Knowledge of SQL is a plus but not required)

- Comfortable presenting insights and influencing cross-functional stakeholders, including international teams
