Senior CRM Solution Architect (Salesforce / Dynamics CRM)
Location: Hybrid (Central London – 3 days office / 2 days remote) Type: Permanent role In partnership with: Robert Half Ltd
(🚨 MUST HAVE EITHER Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience 🚨)
The Opportunity
Join an elite investment manager undergoing a major technology transformation. You will take ownership of the end-to-end architecture for a strategic CRM programme, shaping how the business manages clients, data, and integrations across the enterprise.
This is a high-impact role where you will:
- Define, design, and govern a modern CRM ecosystem that is scalable, secure, and built for long-term growth.
- Set the technical vision for CRM migration, integration, and future-focused development.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Architecture Ownership
- Design the end-to-end CRM architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security, and governance.
- Create scalable, maintainable, and future-proof solutions.
- Own architecture documentation and system mapping.

CRM Migration & Delivery
- Lead the CRM migration strategy (data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliations).
- Define the configuration vs. customisation approach for optimal performance.
- Ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to the business.
- Establish CRM as the single source of truth.

Integration & Platform Design
- Design an integration architecture across CRM and enterprise systems.
- Reduce legacy complexity and technical debt.
- Ensure seamless interoperability across platforms.

Technical Hands-On Exposure
- Experience with modern JavaScript (Node.js APIs & backend services) and Vue.js (front-end / CRM) is ideal for hands-on work.

Leadership & Governance
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Act as the technical authority across product, engineering, data, and operations.
- Define and enforce architecture standards and guardrails.
- Ensure best practices in DevOps, testing, and deployment.

What We’re Looking For
✔ 5+ years in solution architecture or senior system design roles. ✔ Strong experience with either Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM (must meet one requirement clearly). ✔ Proven CRM migration and enterprise implementation experience. ✔ Strong integration architecture background across multiple systems. ✔ Deep understanding of APIs, data structures, and system design. ✔ Excellent stakeholder management in complex, fast-moving organisations.
