Senior Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Executive
Location: Worcester (Hybrid 3 days in office)
Salary: £45K plus bonus & Benefits
We're looking for a commercially driven Senior Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Executive to take ownership of an established CRO programme within a fast-growing ecommerce business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on using data, experimentation and customer insight to drive measurable commercial performance. You'll own the CRO roadmap from strategy through to execution, working cross-functionally with Product, UX, Development and Analytics teams to optimise the customer journey and maximise online revenue.
The Role
As the owner of the CRO function, you will:
- Develop and execute the CRO strategy and testing roadmap.
- Design, implement and analyse A/B and multivariate tests.
- Identify conversion opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Optimise key customer journeys to improve conversion, average order value and revenue.
- Build and optimise landing pages aligned to wider marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with Product, UX, Development and Analytics teams to implement winning tests.
- Present performance, insights and commercial impact to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and continually identify opportunities for optimisation.

About You
You'll be an analytical, commercially focused CRO specialist who enjoys translating customer behaviour into measurable business growth. You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience managing a Conversion Rate Optimisation programme either in-house or agency-side.
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering measurable revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms such as VWO, Optimizely or AB Tasty.
- Experience using GA4 together with behavioural analytics tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or Contentsquare.
- Excellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
- A naturally curious, test-and-learn mindset.
- The confidence to own a channel and influence business decisions.

- Understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Experience within a high-volume ecommerce environment.
