This role combines senior client responsibility with hands-on CRO work. Full-time or contract.

You’ll lead complex, high-profile experimentation work for major international brands while being directly involved in the day-to-day execution.

What you’ll do

  • Lead established experimentation programme and maintain clear roadmap, priorities and delivery schedules.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis and customer research to uncover meaningful opportunities.
  • Turn evidence into clear problem statements, hypotheses and well-designed experiments.
  • Set up, QA, monitor and analyse experiments in Optimizely.
  • Present findings, recommendations and regular reports clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Work with designers, copywriters and developers to take experiments from concept to launch.
  • Build trusted client relationships and navigate complex corporate environments.
  • Use AI to work faster across analysis, research, prototyping and documentation while retaining responsibility for the quality of the work.

What the role demands

  • Substantial practical CRO and A/B testing experience.
  • Strong hands-on Optimizely experience.
  • Advanced quantitative skills and a sound understanding of experimentation statistics.
  • The ability to conduct and interpret qualitative research.
  • Exceptional organisation, responsiveness and follow-through.
  • A proactive approach. You spot what needs doing and get it done.
  • High EQ and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders and strong personalities.
  • The ability to stay calm, constructive and reliable under pressure.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication.

Experience with ecommerce, SQL, Python or front-end development would be useful, but is not essential.

Location

You must be London-based or within easy commuting distance, with regular in-person work in London, typically 1-2 days per week.
