The Role – Shaping the Future of Premium Healthcare
Welbeck Oxford is your chance to contribute to one of the most innovative developments in private healthcare. You’ll work closely with leading radiologists across specialties to provide exceptional service at the highest standard, with opportunities to grow expertise in:
- Cardiac CT
- CT Colonography
- Imaging quality assurance
A key priority is professional growth, ensuring transportable image quality and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
、CT scan and general radiography sessions with impeccable patient care and clinical precision.
- Operate strictly within IR(ME)R 2017, IRR17, and department protocols.
- Administer IV contrast and medications according to protocols (PGDs & departmental guidance).
- Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
- Develop specialist expertise in high-impact services while supporting quality assurance.
- Mentor radiographers and student radiographers on technical and patient care skills.
- Manage imaging documentation efficiently using RIS/PACS systems.
- Participate in audits, governance, and quality improvement projects.
- Maintain professional ** HCPC registration, ensuring compliance with CPD requirements.

Person Specification
Essential:
- ✔ HCPC-registered Diagnostic Radiographers
- ✔ Degree level: BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
- ✔ **Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification ** UK experience
- ✔ Rotation includes CT, general X-ray, OR, and procedural work Required to adapt across these specialties daily.
- ✔ Proficient in IV conductivity, contrast media, and drug administration
Desired (but not mandatory): ❖ Experience in Cardiac CT or CT Colonography ❖ Paediatrics (pediatric radiography)
