Senior Clinical Team Manager

About the Role Join Thermo Fisher Scientific and become a Senior Clinical Team Manager—where innovation meets impact. This role holds accountability for achieving clinical deliverables (such as clean data from evaluable patients) within strict contractual timelines. You’ll interpret complex data to drive business decisions, ensuring that time, cost, and quality meet customer expectations while maintaining profitability through efficient team management.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Senior Clinical Trial Manager (Sr CTM), with expertise in the Start Up Team Manager role or non-interventional/Phase IV studies preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Operational Leadership

  • Manage all clinical operational and quality aspects of assigned studies, optimising workflows to meet ICH GCP compliance.
  • Take Lead Clinical Team Manager (Lead CTM) or Clinical Study Manager (CSM) responsibilities, including process improvements and complex program oversight.

Regulatory & Documentation

  • Develop essential clinical tools (e.g., Monitoring Plan, Monitoring Guidelines) and contribute to the Master Action Plan (MAP).
  • Ensure timely and accurate Trial Master File (TMF) organisation, data quality, and regulatory compliance, including start-up activities and ethics committee follow-ups.
  • Support CRF design, patient informed consent templates, and protocol-specific document development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
