Senior Customer Account Manager - IoT

Who we are

VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) is a strategic arm of Vodafone Group Plc, creating value for customers by delivering intelligent solutions through Talent, Technology & Transformation. As the largest shared services organisation in the global telco industry with 30,000 FTE, our portfolio of next-generation solutions and services are designed in partnership with customers across Vodafone Group, local markets, and partner markets to simplify and drive growth.

With our strategic partner Accenture, we work alongside our Vodafone customers, other Telco and tech companies to drive transformation, meet the challenges of our industry, and ensure we stay relevant and resilient. This partnership is a unique, industry-first model which brings together the best of in-house and 3rd party capability. We operate in 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations – Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, and Ireland – while managing remote teams in the Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.

About this Role

Reporting into Customer Account Lead, the Senior Customer Account Portfolio Manager will lead a significant portion of our business within a designated customer organisation and be responsible for:

  • Growing our existing footprint externally across adjacent industries
  • Identifying and onboarding new customers
  • Leading and owning business relationships post-acquisition

The role holder will own customer engagements end-to-end—from opportunity identification and sales through to onboarding and delivery—while managing commercial performance and accounting for P&L (Profit & Loss). The person must deliver new business growth, revenue, and profitability targets across new and existing customer accounts.

The individual will cultivate trusted C-suite relationships outside of the Vodafone ecosystem, aligning with customer priorities and driving market expansion and portfolio growth. In collaboration with service line leads and the Customer Account Lead (CAL), the role ensures integrated delivery teams and effective governance to create long-term value and sustained growth (12–24 month horizon). Supported by the sales team, the role spearheads market entry and account growth through deep knowledge of customer priorities and growth agendas.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
