Senior Subscriber Growth Analyst
London - hybrid 4x in office a week
Up to £70,000

Working within a high-profile analytics function, you will help shape subscriber strategy across the EMEA region, delivering insights that directly influence commercial decision-making, customer growth, and retention.

The organisation has built a collaborative analytics environment where teams partner closely with commercial, marketing, content, and regional stakeholders to solve complex business challenges. This role sits within a specialist Subscriber Growth Analytics team focused on understanding customer behaviour and accelerating growth across EMEA.
The Role
As a Senior Subscriber Growth Analyst, you will use data to understand customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value, helping senior leaders make informed commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering subscriber growth and retention analysis across the EMEA region
- Providing commercial recommendations to support acquisition, engagement, and customer lifetime value initiatives
- Building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualisations to monitor key business performance metrics
- Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders across multiple functions
- Designing analytical frameworks and measurement approaches to evaluate business performance
- Partnering with analytics, marketing, content, and regional teams to align priorities and deliver impactful analysis
- Supporting the development of a data-led culture through clear communication of analytical findings
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, automation, and analytical workflows
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong SQL skills with experience writing and optimising complex queries
- Commercial customer analytics experience covering acquisition, retention, churn, engagement, and lifetime value
- Experience building dashboards and data visualisations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Comfortable working independently and influencing senior business stakeholders
- Understanding of statistical techniques and experimentation methodologies is advantageous
- Experience with Python or R would be beneficial
- Experience within a subscription, membership, or recurring revenue business is highly desirable
- Interest in leveraging AI to enhance analytics workflows and decision-making is welcomed
