Senior Customer Engineer
Senior Customer Engineer (United Kingdom)
As a Senior Customer Engineer, you will serve as a key technical partner for enterprise customers, helping them leverage a modern AI-driven development platform. You’ll bridge engineering, product, and customer success—driving integrations of advanced frontend technologies into existing systems while acting as a trusted advisor to translate business needs into scalable solutions. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with regional ownership and visibility across EMEA, based in the UK.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead full-cycle technical onboarding—From pilot planning to go-live and optimization, ensuring seamless platform integration and adoption for enterprise users.
- Drive long-term customer value—Partner in onboarding, scaling, and continuous usage optimization throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Advisory leadership—Identify use cases, define solutions, and enforce best practices at enterprise scale.
- Enablement & training—Design and deliver technical workshops, executive briefings, and hands-on enablement for technical and non-technical teams.
- Triage & escalations—Own complex troubleshooting, collaborating with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve issues.
- Influence product roadmaps—Gather customer insights, spot patterns, and contribute to product design based on real-world needs.
- Content development—Create documentation, playbooks, implementation guides, and reusable technical assets to support future deployments.
- Cross-functional coordination—Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering for smoother execution and outcomes.

Key Requirements
Experience & Technical Proficiency
- 6+ years in frontend engineering, solutions engineering, customer engineering, or technical consulting.
- Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
- Proven track record in enterprise technical implementations, integrations, or onboarding processes.
- Strong grasp of:
- Headless architectures
- APIs & GraphQL
- CMS integrations
- Component-based design systems
- Experience with AI-driven tools, LLM-based workflows, or modern AI-assisted development environments.
Soft Skills & Mindset
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving—debugging complex system or integration issues with precision.
- Strategic lens to translate customer needs into product and engineering feedback.
- Comfort in high-ownership, fast-paced environments where autonomy drives impact.
