Senior Customer Engineer
Senior Customer Engineer (UK-Based)
Our partner is recruiting for a Senior Customer Engineer based in the United Kingdom.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic technical partner for enterprise customers, enabling them to maximize value from a modern AI-driven development platform. You’ll bridge the gap between engineering, product, and customer success, empowering organizations to integrate advanced frontend technologies into their workflows. This high-impact, customer-facing role demands hands-on technical onboarding, workshop delivery, and large-scale deployment support across diverse enterprise environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising customers on translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Leading end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation.
- Designing and delivering technical workshops, training, and executive briefings for mixed audiences.
- Ownership of troubleshooting and escalations, collaborating with internal teams.
- Driving product roadmap influence through feedback and customer insights.
- Developing scalable enablement materials (e.g., documentation, playbooks).
Key Accountabilities
- Lead technical onboarding and platform integration success for enterprise clients.
- Drive long-term customer value through ongoing support, expansion, and optimization.
- Act as senior advisor, identifying technical use cases and scaling best practices.
- Deliver workshops, training, and enablement programs for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Tackle advanced troubleshooting & escalations, resolving complex issues cross-functionally.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to shape roadmap decisions based on real-world feedback.
- Create reusable technical assets (docs, guides, playbooks) for enterprise engagements.
- Ensure seamless delivery in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.

Requirements
- 6+ years in frontend engineering, solutions engineering, customer engineering, or technical consulting.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus modern frameworks: React, Vue, Angular, etc.
- Proven track record in enterprise technical implementations/integrations, large-scale onboarding.
- Strong grasp of headless architectures, APIs, GraphQL, CMS integrations, and component-based design systems.
- Experience with AI-driven tools, LLM-based workflows, or modern AI-assisted development.
- Ability to clarify complex technical concepts for executives and non-technical teams.
- Sharpened problem-solving skills for debugging and resolving integration issues.
- Strategic mindset to align customer needs with product/engineering goals.
- Thrives in fast-paced, customer-centric roles with ownership and accountability.
