We're partnering with a leading UK digital consumer business that is looking to appoint a Senior Customer Insights Analyst to join its growing analytics function.

This is a highly commercial role where you'll use customer and behavioural data to uncover insights that influence product, marketing and customer engagement strategies. Rather than simply producing reports, you'll identify trends, build customer segments, measure the impact of initiatives and help shape business decisions through data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse customer behaviour to identify trends, risks and commercial opportunities.
  • Build customer segments and cohorts to improve targeting, engagement and retention.
  • Evaluate the performance of new products, features and marketing campaigns.
  • Work with large datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to influence strategy using data-driven storytelling.
  • Design and measure experiments to support continuous improvement and optimisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
