Senior Commercial Insight Manager
Woking based with Hybrid working model (at least 3 days a week)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Insights Manager to join our Group Commercial Analytics team at Nomad Foods. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping customer and shopper decision-making across one of Europe's leading FMCG businesses. Reporting to the Group Head of Commercial Analytics, you'll lead Nomad's Shopper and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) research agenda, helping our commercial teams make smarter, insight-led decisions that drive sustainable growth.
As a trusted business partner, you'll work closely with Category Development, Sales, Marketing, RGM and Consumer Insights teams across multiple markets, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that influence senior stakeholders and deliver commercial impact.
Responsibilities:
- Embed customer and shopper perspectives into commercial decision-making across the business
- Enable teams to make better use of existing data, insights and knowledge to drive growth
- Lead end-to-end shopper and RGM research projects, from identifying business questions through to delivering actionable recommendations
- Partner with Category Development and RGM teams across markets to scale and embed insights that drive business performance
- Continuously evolve research methodologies and approaches to improve efficiency, effectiveness and commercial impact
- Translate complex data and analytics into compelling, easy-to-understand business narratives
- Influence senior stakeholders to take action based on insight-led recommendations
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external research partners to maximise the value of research investments

What We're Looking For:
We need someone who is a commercially minded insights leader who combines strong analytical capability with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
You thrive on solving business challenges through data and insight, enjoy working across functions and markets, and are passionate about turning complex information into clear actions that deliver measurable results.
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years' experience within Insights, Category, Commercial Analytics or a related FMCG function
- Strong understanding of commercial operations within a blue-chip FMCG environment
- Experience leading shopper, customer or market research programmes
- Ability to identify the right research approach to answer key business questions
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate strategic insights from complex datasets
- Experience communicating complex analytics in a simple, engaging and impactful way
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive action through insight
- Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple priorities
- Experience working across multiple markets and cultures
- Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) insights and analytics would be advantageous
