As tastes shift and the spirits sector expands, we’re evolving beyond gin, offering more choice and exceptional experiences. The Senior Customer Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving this growth.
The Role
This position sits within our Sales & Marketing department, collaborating closely with:
- Acquisition
- Brand
- Website & Commerce
- Customer Service & Product teams
The Sales & Marketing team drives initiatives—from customer incentives to content creation, ad campaigns, and nurturing our database—to elevate our brand, refine offerings, and maximise retention and liquidation potential.
The Customer Marketing team, newly investment in, will focus on:
- Boosting subscriber retention through tailored customer journeys.
- Driving conversions via cross-sell, re-sell, and up-sell strategies.
You’ll harness our fresh Klaviyo CRM system, balancing foundational work with rebranding efforts as we transition to new market opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Combination of strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Technical CRM approach: Building segmentation, automations, and workflows.
- Campaign management across emails, SMS, and future channels (WhatsApp, in-app, push notifications).
- Loyalty programme oversight (Refer A Friend scheme).
- Insight-driven analysis to optimise performance, build KPI dashboards, and improve customer journeys.
Key Focus Areas
- Planning & roadmap delivery (prioritisation with the Head of Customer Marketing).
- Technical CRM workflows: Klaviyo automation, segmentation, and orkestration.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Aligning with cross-functional teams (Product, Brand, Tech) for cohesive strategies.
Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record: Customer marketing, CRM management, loyalty programmes, or equivalent.
- Klaviyo proficiency (must-have); Shopify (nice to have).
- Results-oriented: Proven success in customer retention and monetisation.
- Analytical rigor + innovative thinking: Translates data into growth strategies.
- Clear communicator: Both horizontally (stakeholders) and vertically (taking accountability).

- Retail/subscription industry context (alcohol, beyond, service-based businesses like fintech).
- Experience in scale-ups or institutions with limited resources: Thrives on leading with initiative.
