This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime. Senior Customer Marketing Manager, eCommerce – EMEA Based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge, West London, UK. Hybrid working: three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), with flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday. As the Senior Customer Marketing Manager, eCommerce – EMEA, you will lead the online customer marketing agenda across key EMEA retailers, shaping how shoppers discover, engage with and buy our brands. This is a high-impact role combining strategy, execution, and commercial influence to drive growth across Pureplay and omnichannel partners. Specific Responsibilities/ Tasks Own the EMEA eCommerce marketing plan, turning brand priorities into high-impact activation across key online retailers. Lead Amazon activations across the EU, setting KPIs, tracking performance, and optimising activity to deliver growth. Drive best-in-class digital shelf execution, improving onsite content, SEO, visibility, and conversion. Build strong partnerships with customers, Key Account Managers, and local markets to deliver joint plans and retailer-ready campaigns. Use data, shopper insight, and analytics to continuously improve campaigns, content, and return on investment. Manage budgets effectively, identifying where to invest for the strongest commercial impact. Lead and develop one direct report while influencing cross-functional teams across the region. Partner with global and regional stakeholders to embed best practice and raise the standard of eCommerce execution across EMEA. Education and Experience required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong experience in eCommerce, customer marketing, or digital commerce within FMCG, consumer products, or a similar fast-paced environment. Proven track record of leading retailer marketing activations and delivering measurable commercial results, ideally with Amazon. Experience in digital shelf optimisation, onsite content, SEO, and conversion-led activity. Able to manage budgets, interpret performance data, and influence stakeholders across markets and functions. Knowledge and Skills required Strong commercial thinking with the ability to turn insight into action. Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, optimisation, and growth. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Strong project management and prioritisation skills across multiple workstreams. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, changing environment. Behaviours required Highly organised, proactive, and delivery-focused. Commercially minded with strong judgement and ownership. Collaborative and influential, able to build strong relationships across teams and markets.
