Senior Customer Marketing Manager | Off Trade | Premium Spirits

Central London | Up to £64,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Looking for a customer marketing role where you can bring iconic brands to life, influence major retailers and create shopper experiences that deliver genuine commercial impact?

We're partnering with one of the world's leading premium spirits businesses, home to a portfolio of internationally recognised brands enjoyed by consumers across the globe.

With a strong presence in the UK market, this business has built an outstanding reputation for brand building, commercial excellence and developing its people. It combines the heritage and scale of a global organisation with a culture that encourages fresh thinking, collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit.

This is an opportunity to own the shopper journey across two of the UK's biggest grocery retailers - Sainsbury's & Asda - translating brand strategy into compelling omnichannel customer activations that drive growth for both the business and retail partners.

The Opportunity

As Senior Customer Marketing Manager - Off Trade, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between some of the world's most iconic brands and the retail shelf.

Working across Brand Marketing, Sales, Category, Insights, Supply Chain and Finance, you'll develop customer marketing strategies that turn consumer insights into powerful shopper experiences.

You'll own key customer plans, manage activation budgets and build strategic relationships with grocery partners, ensuring the business continues to deliver best-in-class brand execution within the off-trade channel.

This is far more than campaign delivery. It's an opportunity to shape shopper strategy, influence retailer partnerships and make a visible impact within a globally recognised premium drinks business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
