About The Role
- Position: Senior Customer Service Assistant
- Location: King’s Cross Station, London
- Rate: £14.80 per hour
- Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Shifts: Varied (5AM – 8.30 PM), including weekends
- Eligibility: Applicants must be 18 years or older

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Service Assistant, you will:
- Oversee efficient loading/unloading of catering equipment and stock from trains.
- Manage order assembly and maintain precise control over inventory.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.
- Strategically place products to minimize wastage through effective rotation.
