We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Success Engineer to join our team, supporting customers with product adoption and resolving complex technical challenges in their software security programs. Customer Success Engineers play a critical role in building and sustaining customer relationships while driving the adoption and success of Veracode solutions. The Customer Success Engineer works closely with the Customer Success team to build long-term business relationships with our customers, which helps maintain and grow our business.
The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical and business savvy, bringing a consultative mindset and approach, an ability to work cross functionally, and strong presentation skills. What you will be responsible for:
- Discover and understand the technologies, solutions, constraints, and challenges for a cloud security, application security, and vulnerability management program.
- Match Veracode solutions to customer's technical, security, and business needs.
- Assist and advise on the effective use of Veracode security products and their alignment with a customer's environment.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Manager on designated accounts through customer onboarding to ensure a successful customer launch.
- Demonstrate and integrate Veracode products across the entire software development toolchain.
- Present Veracode’s vision, strategy and product roadmaps to executives and technical management.
- Provide customer-oriented feedback to internal product development groups to guide the future direction of Veracode solutions.
- Keep abreast of security industry trends, emerging development technologies and apply them to improve customer’s technical goals.

Required Skills:
- Minimum five years’ experience in the information security or software development industry.
- Customer facing experience with strong listening and business relationship skills.
- System integration and automation experience with an emphasis on CI/CD (AWS, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.)
- Experience writing scripts with Python, Postman, etc. to automate tasks via security tool APIs (REST & GraphQL)
- Familiarity with how.NET, Java, JavaScript programs are compiled and packaged.
- Hands-on experience with application security solutions (Veracode, Synopsys, Checkmarx, Snyk, etc.) and cloud security solutions (Wiz, Palo Alto Prisma, Orca, AWS Security Hub, etc.)
- Customer requirement gathering, prioritization and scoping experience.
- Enthusiastic, self-starter with a charismatic personality.
- Fluency in French a plus, but not required.
- Must be willing to travel 10-25%.
