£550/day | Outside IR35 | 6-Month Contract (High Likelihood of Extension) Remote
I’m working with a FTSE 100 organisation undergoing a major cyber security transformation and am looking for a Senior Cyber Security Test Manager / Test Lead to join the programme.
This is a consultancy-level role where you’ll lead programme-wide test strategy, governance and assurance across multiple cyber workstreams, working closely with security architects, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the programme Test Strategy, Test Plans and governance.
- Lead Security, System, Integration, UAT, Operational and Performance Testing.
- Coordinate testing across multiple projects, suppliers, and business teams.
- Drive defect management, risk management and quality assurance.
- Produce Test Exit Reports, dashboards, and executive-level status reporting.
- Support Go/No-Go decisions and release readiness.
- Ensure robust security testing, evidence and assurance throughout the programme.

Essential Skills
- Significant experience as a:
- Cyber Security Test Manager
- Security Test Lead
- Senior Programme Test Manager
- Strong background in:
- Cyber Security Testing & Security Assurance
- IAM, RBAC, Vulnerability Management, Security Governance and Secure SDLC
- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and supplier coordination.
- Strong understanding of:
- Risk-based testing
- Governance
- Release assurance

Contract Details
- £550/day (Outside IR35)
- 6-month contract (high likelihood of extension)
- Remote, with occasional travel to Cambridge
