Senior Data Administrator – Newham Service
Change Grow Live is a charity dedicated to making a difference in our Service Users' lives, providing support and respect in a safe environment. We treat each individual as unique and work collaboratively to identify the most appropriate treatment and care options.
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Administrator to join our busy Newham Service. Our Administration team plays a vital role in supporting the team’s mission by delivering administrative and clerical support, enabling staff to focus on delivering our services effectively. This ensures that our service users receive the help and support they need to achieve their goals.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in an administrative role with strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Provide training and supervision within the administration team, ensuring quality service delivery
- Support data collection, monitoring, and storage, ensuring data is available for reporting
- Offer administrative backup to operational teams, including managing prescriptions, report generation, and clinical support
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective supervision and appraisals in line with CGL policies and procedures, enabling staff development and quality service delivery
- Conduct regular individual/group supervision and training for administrative staff
- Collaborate with the Quality and Governance Lead and Data Lead to:
- Develop and maintain data collection systems
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements
- Provide administrative support across multiple service hubs
- Assist in system development with leadership teams (e.g., Services Manager, Quality & Governance Lead, Data Lead)
- Ensure efficient clinics operations, prescription generation, and clinical team support
- Additional tasks as directed by senior management

About You
• Ability to work flexibly across operational sites as required • Flexibility in hour allocation to ensure optimal service delivery • Commitment to improving personal performance, knowledge, and skills • Experience in appraisal, training, and supervision processes • IT literacy with proficiency in:
- Word processing
- Spreadsheets (data entry and analysis)
- NDTMS (National Data Template Management System)
- Local data input and monitoring procedures
- Report generation • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work flexibly as part of a team

Contract Details 📍 Location: Newham ⏰ Hours: 37.5 hrs/week 📅 Contract: Full-time, FTH (until 31/03/2027)
Note: Part-time roles will have pro-rata salary/payments based on contracted hours.
