Senior Data Administrator

Senior Data Administrator – Full-Time (Fixed-Term Until 31 March 2027)

Location: Newham


About the Role

Change Grow Live is a registered charity dedicated to empowering our Service Users by providing tailored support, respect, and safe care environments. We are proud to offer exclusive opportunities for a Senior Data Administrator to join our Newham Service and contribute to our operational excellence and data-driven mission.

Our Administration team plays a critical role in ensuring our services can focus on delivering exceptional care, while our senior admin professional will provide clerical, supervisory, and data-supported leadership across multiple operational hubs.

You will work as part of a dynamic team to guarantee efficient service delivery, seamless data management, and continuous improvement through supervisory responsibilities and staff development.


Key Objectives

  • Collaborate with Service Teams to support the daily operations, ensuring that Service Users receive practical assistance to achieve their goals.
  • Provide robust administrative back-up, facilitating key processes such as** clinic logistics, prescription generation, and medical staff support**.
  • Oversee data governance, working with the Quality & Governance Lead and Data Lead to develop and maintain efficient data collection, monitoring, and storage systems.
  • contribute to data-driven reporting requirements and administrative audits.
  • Embed support for our admin teams to help them remain time-efficient and empowered, reducing administrative burdens for operational staff.
  • Engage in training, supervision, and appraisal commitments to foster a skills-enriched team.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Supervision and Development: Lead effective team supervision, appraisals, and training, ensuring learning & development opportunities are accessible for all staff.
  • Data Management: Work closely with Quality & Governance and Data Leads to establish and maintain accurate reporting, information capture and data integrity—guaranteeing compliance and relevance for care services.
  • Support the Services Manager, Quality & Governance Lead, and Data Lead in optimising systems for data entry, tracking, monitoring, and analysis.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist in clinic coordination, prescription outputs, and supporting medical personnel to ensure smooth delivery of service provisions.
  • Location Management: Wrap your support around multiple operational hubs on behalf of our administration team, preparing teams with the necessary tools to respond to daily service demands.
  • Miscellaneous: Assist the Senior Team (i.e., Services Manager, Quality & Governance Lead, Data Lead) as required or directed.

** Ability and Comfort with Flexibility**

  • Work on-site across different operational locations as needed.
  • Follow agreed flexible working hours, prioritising on-demand service demands.
  • Drive continuous professional growth, including appraisals, training, and supervision processes.
  • Use NDTMS (CRM) and local data inputting/monitoring tools to log relevant information, track performance, and generate necessary reports.

Technical and Interpersonal Standards

  • Demonstrate expertise in word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry with advanced Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency positively valued).
  • Develop strong relationships across the team, demonstrating leadership with mentorship skills.
  • Ensure exceptional interpersonal ethical communication and collaborative teamwork in supportive environments.

Additional Information

Salary Information: CGL Points Range: 22–24 Base Salary (pro-rated if part-time): £27,811.31 - £29,410.14 (before Inner London Weighting) Inner London Weighting (ILW): + £4,236.47 Total Full-Time Salary: ~£32,047.78 - £33,646.61 (annually)
