Senior Data & AI Recruiter
£45,000-£55,000 basic | Up to 30% monthly commission | No threshold | Fully remote

You'll take ownership of your own specialist market across Data, AI, Machine Learning, Analytics and Data Platforms, backed by a business with more than 25 years of relationships across Financial Services, Insurance and Retail.
You'll have the autonomy to win clients, develop long-term partnerships and build a desk that's genuinely your own.

What you'll be doing
- Winning and developing your own clients
- Building long-term relationships across Data & AI
- Recruiting senior talent across AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Platforms and Governance
- Developing your own specialist market
What they're looking for
- Proven experience recruiting within Data, AI, Analytics or Machine Learning
- Genuine 360 recruitment experience
- A track record of winning and growing client relationships
- Commercially minded and comfortable working autonomously
- Deep knowledge of your market and the people within it
This isn't a delivery role.
