The Role:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will:
- Deliver high-quality analysis, reporting, and insights to stakeholders across the organisation.
- Work with large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Partner closely with data engineering and technology teams to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualisations that support decision-making at all levels.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with teams across finance, sales, operations, and leadership functions.
- Support data governance initiatives, helping to improve data quality and consistency.
- Contribute to the analytics roadmap and help prioritise strategic data projects.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in data analytics within a complex business environment.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience querying large datasets.
- Experience delivering actionable insights that have influenced business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.
- Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools, ideally Power BI.
- Exposure to Python or R is advantageous.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across a range of business functions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analysis in a clear and practical way.
- Experience working alongside data engineering or wider technology teams.
