Senior Data Analyst
London. £70,000 - £80,000 + benefits
This is an opportunity to join a growing, data-driven business where analytics has a direct influence on strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with senior leadership, help shape key business initiatives, and play a central role in delivering high-impact analytics projects that drive commercial performance.

Their analytics team works closely with data engineering and senior stakeholders to deliver insights that create measurable business value. You will be joining a collaborative and highly visible team with strong executive support.
The Role
- Deliver end-to-end analytics projects, from stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering through to insight delivery.
- Develop and optimise complex SQL queries within a modern cloud data environment.
- Design and build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that support business decision-making.
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial, finance, operations, and technology teams.
- Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Support the development of data-driven decision making across the organisation.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality, reliable analytics outputs.
- Contribute to data quality, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in data analytics within a business-facing environment.
- Advanced SQL skills, including experience with CTEs, window functions, and complex data modelling.
- Strong Power BI development experience, including dashboard creation and data visualisation.
- Experience working within Microsoft and Azure-based data environments.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience delivering impactful insights that influence business decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience working alongside data engineering teams and contributing to cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of DAX, Azure Data Factory, semantic layers, Python, or R would be beneficial.
