Role: Senior Data & Insight Analyst
Location: Leeds, Hybrid (2 days p/w in office)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + 10% Bonus
Impactive are delighted to be continuing our exclusive partnership with a fast-growing, data & AI consultancy based in Leeds, who are looking to hire a Senior Data & Insight Analyst to join their expanding analytics team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with customer, basket, and loyalty data to deliver high-impact insights that directly shape commercial and strategic decisions for clients.
You will have:
- 3-5 years’ experience working with data (Retail or FMCG experience highly desirable)
- Hands-on experience extracting, manipulating, and working with large datasets
- A proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- A self-motivated approach with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and wider teams

The role: As a Senior Data & Insight Analyst, you will be:
- Translating data into clear and coherent customer insights
- Storytelling insights & outputs through well-structured slide decks with clear actions and recommendations for clients
- Supporting both tactical and strategic initiatives to help unlock value from client data
- Ensuring high standards of data quality through strong QC and reconciliation processes
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, supporting on insight delivery and analytical work where required

Desired skills & experience:
- Strong coding skills in SQL (essential), Python (desirable) with solid MS Excel capabilities.
- Ability to extract data, generate insights, and present findings clearly in structured presentations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
