Senior Data Analyst (Contract)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: Temp / Contract Role
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Senior Data Analyst to join a multi-national cruise and tour operating company on a contract basis. This role will support the delivery of high-quality reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions while working closely with stakeholders across London and Prague.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical data expertise with exceptional stakeholder management skills. Success in this position requires someone who can build trusted relationships, communicate complex insights clearly, and ensure data-driven solutions meet business needs. Consistency, clarity, and accuracy are fundamental to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data assets.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver meaningful analytics solutions.
- Transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Enable and promote self-service business intelligence capabilities across the organisation.
- Ensure the quality, integrity, governance, and security of data assets and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams based in London and Prague.
- Support knowledge sharing and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analytics, and data management practices.

Skills & Experience Required
- Advanced Power BI development and reporting expertise.
- Strong experience in data modelling, analytics, and business reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand business requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, executive-level insights.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality analytics solutions in a collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
