Our Team: How We Enrich Everyday Life

Behind some of the UK’s biggest radio competitions, including Make Me A Winner, sits a team dedicated to understanding customer behaviour and driving commercial growth. Working within Consumer Competitions, you will help shape decisions that influence how millions of listeners engage with our competitions across radio, web, app and messaging channels.

The Difference You Will Make

This is far more than a reporting role. You will investigate customer behaviour, uncover opportunities for growth, influence strategy, and help evolve a growing analytics function. You will work across multiple channels and stakeholder groups, turning data into commercial action and helping optimise customer journeys, engagement and revenue.

Why Join Us?

You will join during an exciting period of change as we continue to modernise our analytics capability. There is genuine opportunity to influence how insights are created, communicated and used. No two days are the same, and you will have broad exposure to product, marketing, content and commercial teams.

Your Role

  • Analyse customer behaviour across SMS, web, app and digital channels.
  • Use SQL to interrogate large customer and transactional datasets.
  • Produce actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
  • Develop customer segmentation, retention and lifecycle analysis.
  • Evaluate tests, campaigns and pricing strategies.
  • Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support strategic decision making across Consumer Competitions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
