At Fora, we're reimagining the workplace by creating exceptional spaces, experiences, and communities where people and businesses thrive. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help us unlock the power of data and drive smarter decisions across the business.
This is more than a reporting role. You'll be a trusted partner to senior leaders, transforming complex data into meaningful insights that influence strategy, optimise performance, and create tangible business value.
Working within our Technology team and reporting into the CIO function, you'll collaborate across Finance, Sales, Operations, Commercial teams, and the Executive Team to deliver analytics that shape the future of Fora.

This role is 4 days in our HQ in London and 1 WFA
Data sits at the heart of every great decision. As our Senior Data Analyst, you'll help leadership teams understand what is happening across the business, why it's happening, and what we should do next.
From driving revenue opportunities and operational improvements to supporting strategic planning and investment decisions, your work will have a direct impact on how Fora grows and succeeds.
What You'll Be Doing
📊 Transform Data into Insight
- Analyse large, complex datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, opportunities, and business risks.
- Deliver high-quality reporting, dashboards, visualisations, and deep-dive analysis.
- Turn data into clear recommendations that influence business decisions and drive growth.

🤝 Partner with Senior Leaders
- Work closely with stakeholders across Commercial Finance, FP&A, Sales, Operations, and the C-Suite.
- Understand business challenges and translate them into impactful analytical solutions.
- Build trusted relationships and become the go-to expert for data-driven insight.
🚀 Shape a Data-Driven Culture
- Champion the use of data and analytics across the organisation.
- Help teams measure success, track performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Communicate complex findings in a way that inspires action.
🔧 Collaborate Across Technology
- Partner with Data Engineers and Technology teams to develop scalable analytics solutions.
- Support data governance, quality, security, and consistency initiatives.
- Help continuously improve our data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.

Requirements
About You
You're curious, commercially minded, and passionate about solving business problems through data. You enjoy collaborating with people at all levels and have the confidence to challenge thinking and influence decisions using evidence and insight.
You'll likely bring:
Experience & Expertise

- 7+ years' experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
- Experience operating as a Senior Analyst within a fast-paced commercial environment
- A proven track record of delivering insights that drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience working with large, complex datasets
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality best practices
- Experience contributing to analytics strategies and roadmaps
Technical Skills
We're looking for someone with strong analytical capability and the technical expertise to bring data to life.
Essential
- Advanced SQL skills
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving capability
- Experience with modern reporting and visualisation tools
- Outstanding attention to detail
Desirable
- Power BI
- Python and/or R
- Salesforce
- Azure DevOps
- Analytics certifications
