I'm currently supporting a well-known business to hire a data-driven Customer Operations Analyst to join their CX team on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will help transform raw customer and performance data into clear, actionable insights that help our operational teams scale efficiently.

You will act as the go-to person for our Customer Support and Digital teams, building automated dashboards, supporting workforce forecasting, and ensuring our reporting systems provide a clear, single source of truth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dashboard & Reporting: Build and maintain operational reporting and dashboards across CRM and BI platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, Tableau).
  • Volume & Capacity Forecasting: Support the development of models to forecast customer contact volumes and help teams plan staffing needs.
  • Performance Insights: Track key support KPIs (CSAT, resolution times, handle times) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Maintain data accuracy across reporting systems and ensure regular reporting schedules are met.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Handle incoming data requests from team leaders and translate operational questions into clear visual reports.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
