Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing Analysts, Analytics Engineers, and Digital Analytics Managers to implement-performance-boosting strategies
- Partner with the marketing team on cross-functional projects to identify opportunities that improve efficiency and scale at scale
- Design and build dashboards (primarily in Looker) to empower a fast-growing global marketing organization with actionable insights
- Work closely with the Analytics Engineering team to architect a clean, scalable marketing data infrastructure in Snowflake (using dbt)
- Consult directly with Marketing Leadership to establish optimised growth strategies rooted in data
- Drive advanced targeting analysis, attribution modeling, and audience segmentation—ensuring teams leverage high-impact landing pages, A/B tests, and creative assets
- Optimise attribution models, ** paid (PPC, social) and organic channel performance**
- Own and enhance data flows across the marketing stack, ensuring key stakeholders have data-driven decision tools they need most
- Define and advocate for the best attribution model strategy
Who We Seek
We’re looking for a seasoned Data & Marketing Analytics Leader with the following credentials:
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing analytics or commercial analytics in tech or operations
- Hands-on proficiency with Looker (dashboarding, integrations, and data storytelling)
- Advanced capability in SQL (complex queries, versioning, data transformation)
- Ability to multitask across complex initiatives while delivering detailed, conflict-free analysis
- Strong storytelling for senior leaders and technical teams, including validation of insights

Salaries reflect local market rates using a transparent conversion methodology. Salary transparency ensures fair pay that aligns with your expertise, global impact, and future potential.
