Senior Data Analyst - BI and Insights
London (Hybrid - 4 days office / 1 day home)
£72,000 + Benefits
A leading UK business is looking for a commercially minded Senior Data Analyst to join its growing Data & Analytics function. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile analytics projects, influence business strategy, and partner directly with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end analytics projects, developing insights that drive commercial decisions, and creating impactful reporting and dashboards. Working closely with Data Engineering, you'll help shape how data is used across the business while gaining regular exposure to senior leadership and C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise SQL queries within a modern Azure data environment
- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and analytics roadmaps
- Translate complex data into clear commercial insights and recommendations
- Present findings and influence decision-making at senior leadership level
- Support strategic business initiatives through data-driven analysis
Experience Required
- 4+ years' experience in Data Analytics
- Advanced SQL skills, including CTEs and Window Functions
- Strong Power BI experience
- Experience working within a Microsoft/Azure data environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A commercial mindset and ability to translate data into business value
