About the Role: Senior Data Analyst
We’re seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support Hyve events. You’ll be the go-to person for managing our audience data, including reporting, data analysis, and internal use.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise our audience data for our registered attendee base to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain reporting outlining audience segments across all events.
- Generate post-event reports tracking attendee activity pre-, during, and post-events.
- Collaborate with marketing to define strategic marketing segments and campaigns for targeted outreach to our current audience.
- Support sales teams with data-driven audience reporting to enhance sales strategies.

Reporting Line
Reports directly to the SVP of Attendee Experience.
Requirements & Essential Skills
To excel in this role, you should demonstrate:
- Advanced Excel proficiency:
- Quick, accurate data manipulation to meet ad-hoc analytical needs across teams.
- Reporting expertise:
- Ability to generate insightful reports in CRM platforms and external tools, guiding business decisions.
- Strong analytical skills:
- Interpreting complex data and turning it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent project management:
- Organising and prioritising tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM knowledge (HubSpot or similar):
- Deep expertise in management, accuracy, and data utility within CRM platforms.
- Clear communication:
- Presenting data insights and strategies to stakeholders effectively.
