The Role

  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
  • Build and maintain reporting solutions for a variety of stakeholders.
  • Support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives through data analysis.
  • Translate complex findings into clear recommendations that influence strategy.
  • Partner with teams across the business to improve processes and performance.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality, accuracy, and governance.
  • Contribute to the development of analytical tools, methodologies, and best practice.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience within an analytics function.
  • Advanced SQL and/or Python skills.
  • Strong Excel capabilities.
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and insight-driven recommendations.
  • Ability to solve complex business problems using data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with customer, commercial, or marketing data is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
