Senior Analyst
London | £50,000 - £65,000 + Benefits

The Role
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
- Build and maintain reporting solutions for a variety of stakeholders.
- Support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives through data analysis.
- Translate complex findings into clear recommendations that influence strategy.
- Partner with teams across the business to improve processes and performance.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, accuracy, and governance.
- Contribute to the development of analytical tools, methodologies, and best practice.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience within an analytics function.
- Advanced SQL and/or Python skills.
- Strong Excel capabilities.
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and insight-driven recommendations.
- Ability to solve complex business problems using data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with customer, commercial, or marketing data is advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
