Senior Data Analyst
Hybrid – London (3 days in office)
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 (DOE)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded analytics and marketing science function within a collaborative agency environment. You will:

Key Responsibilities

Analyse campaign performance, including:
- Engagement metrics
- Conversion rates
- Lead generation insights

Support customer journey analysis by examining end-to-end behavioural trends

Build reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively and clearly

Work with tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to address client questions and derive actionable insights

Collaborate with:
- Technical teams on data capture, tagging, and tracking
- Strategy teams on analytical project execution

Provide timely responses to ad hoc analytics requests in a project-based environment

Support senior stakeholders in insight-led recommendation processes
Requirements
Must Have
- Degree in a quantitative field, such as:
- Statistics
- Economics
- Data Science
- Related disciplines

Commercial experience in:
- Marketing analytics
- Customer analytics
- Agency environments

Proficient in:
- SQL
- Python (for data analysis)

Experience with:
- Digital analytics tools such as GA4 (or similar)

Understanding of:
- Campaign performance measurement
- Analytics reporting techniques

Ability to visualise and dashboard data insights

Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights

Comfort in fast-paced roles, with focus on client delivery
