Senior Data Analyst

Hybrid – London (3 days in office)

Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 (DOE)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded analytics and marketing science function within a collaborative agency environment. You will:

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse campaign performance, including:

    • Engagement metrics
    • Conversion rates
    • Lead generation insights
  • Support customer journey analysis by examining end-to-end behavioural trends

  • Build reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively and clearly

  • Work with tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to address client questions and derive actionable insights

  • Collaborate with:

    • Technical teams on data capture, tagging, and tracking
    • Strategy teams on analytical project execution
  • Provide timely responses to ad hoc analytics requests in a project-based environment

  • Support senior stakeholders in insight-led recommendation processes


Requirements

Must Have

  • Degree in a quantitative field, such as:
    • Statistics
    • Economics
    • Data Science
    • Related disciplines

  • Commercial experience in:

    • Marketing analytics
    • Customer analytics
    • Agency environments
  • Proficient in:

    • SQL
    • Python (for data analysis)
  • Experience with:

    • Digital analytics tools such as GA4 (or similar)
  • Understanding of:

    • Campaign performance measurement
    • Analytics reporting techniques
  • Ability to visualise and dashboard data insights

  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Comfort in fast-paced roles, with focus on client delivery
