Data Analytics - Senior Consultant
Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Data & Analytics | Type: Permanent

The Role
We’re expanding our UK Data Practice and looking for talented Data Analytics Consultants to join our award-winning Capco team. You’ll lead cutting-edge data transformation programmes for top-tier financial institutions, helping clients:

Responsibilities
Key tasks include:
- Lead and deliver complex data analytics initiatives across major Financial Services clients
- Apply predictive modelling, segmentation and risk analytics to solve client challenges
- Collaborate on the design and build of dashboards using tools like Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau
- Interpret large, complex datasets and provide actionable insights through advanced techniques
- Support the growth of our UK and Global Data Practice, driving innovation in AI and machine learning
Requirements
Core Skills:
- Strong ability to parse, manipulate, and review large volumes of complex data
- Experience with predictive and diagnostic analytics in:
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV)
- Risk scoring
- Financial crime
- Marketing
- Technical proficiency in:
- SQL databases
- Tools such as Python, R, or Spark
- Skilled in visualisation and dashboard development using:
- Power BI
- Qlik
- Tableau
- Solid background in Financial Services, with experience in:
- Capital Markets
- Insurance
- Wealth & Asset Management
- Experience with team management
