About the Role
You're taking ownership of a core analytics platform that sits at the heart of how institutional hedge funds and asset managers trade derivatives.
This is a technology-first fintech, and that means engineering decisions are taken seriously here.
The team is lean and high-performing, and your influence on technical direction is real from day one. You'll be leading the evolution of a core analytics platform used by some of the most demanding clients in financial services. You'll shape how the system is designed, how it scales, and where it goes next. That includes working on AI-native analytics and trading tools, which puts this well ahead of where most teams are right now.

Responsibilities
Day to day you'll be designing and building data pipelines and infrastructure, making system design decisions with clean architecture in mind, and holding a high bar for reliability, performance, and deployment practices. You'll collaborate closely with a tight team and communicate clearly across delivery, not just within it.
Requirements
- Strong Python skills
- A solid track record of production software at scale
- Provided technical leadership on projects or teams before
- Deep care for testing and release practices
- Ability to build systems that hold up under pressure

Compensation
The role is fully remote, and compensation is made up of a base salary plus a discretionary bonus.
