Senior Data Enablement Lead | Data Governance | Data Quality | Regulatory | AI Readiness | Hybrid 2 days in Central London | £110,000 + bonus + benefits

Method Resourcing are partnered with a highly respected financial services organisation as they look to hire a Senior Data Enablement Manager to take ownership of a well-established data function and lead it into its next phase of maturity.

This is not a greenfield role. The foundations are already in place across governance, data quality, and data protection. The focus now is on refining, optimising, and embedding these capabilities into a sustainable operating model.

The Role:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for a function of around 10-15 people, including 4-5 direct reports. You’ll be leading members with accountability across multiple workstreams covering governance, data quality, and regulatory data activities.

Your role is to move the function from transformation into a steady, operational state. That means understanding what’s working, challenging what isn’t, and making pragmatic improvements without disrupting momentum.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
