Senior Data Engineer - £95K - Westminister (In Office)

Senior Data Engineer – AI-Driven Infrastructure & Platforms

Our Client is pioneering the operating system for a significant, traditionally under-digitised sector within the UK services industry. By automating operational administration—such as managing communications, compliance, coordination, and scheduling—their AI platform liberates operators from repetitive tasks, enabling them to regain time.

Already operational with pilot customers overseeing over 14,000 units, the platform demonstrates strong early adoption as it scales toward revenue by 2026. Fuelled by experienced leadership and investors, the ambition is to establish itself as the defining AI platform in its category.

The Role

As the first senior data hire, you will architect and scale the systems underpinning our client’s AI products. This spans real-time pipelines, analytics infrastructure, vector databases, and machine learning data workflows. Your responsibilities will include defining data architecture, tooling, and technical standards while collaborating closely with AI and backend engineers. This role will lay the foundations for the future of data, preparing the platform for exponential growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
