London - hybrid, 3 - 4 days onsite weekly
Up to £120,000 + bonus

We’re partnered with a fast-growing FinTech who help leading financial institutions solve complex operational and compliance challenges through innovative SaaS solutions and expert-led technology delivery.

Following significant growth and investment, the company is entering an exciting phase of expansion and is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to help shape the next generation of its data platform.

The Role

As a Senior Data Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and evolving modern data infrastructure that supports critical financial services use cases.

You’ll be working on a major data platform transformation, moving from legacy data processes towards a modern cloud-based architecture. You’ll help build reliable, scalable, and highly auditable data systems where accuracy, traceability, and resilience are essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
