They cater mainly to financial services, serving notable mortgage lenders, including top-tier providers. The role of Senior Data Engineer exists to drive technological advancements, ensuring efficient and innovative solutions within their product ecosystem.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in making strategic technical decisions.
  • Ensure accountability for the team's success and outcomes.
  • Continuously seek improvements for team performance.
  • Write maintainable and testable code and conduct code reviews.
  • Utilize tools like Databricks, Delta Lake, and Lakehouse architectures for efficient data management.
  • Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Apply strong skills in Pandas, SQL, and PySpark.
  • Implement cloud networking principles, particularly within Azure environments.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR architecture standards.
  • Use data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Metabase.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Product, Analytics, Security, and Software teams.

This Role Requires You To Have

  • Leadership in technical decision-making
  • Ability to write and review maintainable code
