Senior Data Engineer
📍 Oxfordshire | Hybrid | Competitive Salary + Benefits

We're working with an ambitious, growing organisation that's investing heavily in its data capability and looking for a Senior Data Engineer to become one of the key technical voices in that journey.
This isn't a role where you'll disappear into a large engineering function and spend years maintaining legacy processes.
You'll be joining at a point where your ideas, decisions and technical expertise will genuinely influence how the data platform evolves.
The Opportunity You'll work with modern technologies including Microsoft Fabric, Databricks and PySpark to build scalable data solutions that support decision-making across the organisation. From designing robust pipelines and integrations to influencing architecture and best practice, you'll have the freedom to build things properly and the backing to make meaningful improvements.

What You'll Bring Strong experience with PySpark Experience working with Databricks Exposure to Microsoft Fabric Strong SQL and data engineering fundamentals Experience building cloud-based data solutions API and SaaS integration experience A passion for solving problems and building scalable solutions We're less interested in people who simply want to keep systems running.
